A dísznövények gondolatát folytatva jutottam el a dísztér fogalmához. A kiindulópontot itt is a szó abszurditása jelentette: mit jelent egy olyan tér, ami elsősorban dísz? A dísz szerepe, hogy valamit kiemel a többi hétköznapi közül, ám e kiemelés gyakran az eredeti funkció eltűnésével jár (dísztárgyak). Három fiktív teret alkottam városi, köztéri elemek használatával, ahol erre a váltásra, különbségre próbáltam reflektálni. A valóságos díszterekhez hasonlóan mindhárom kompozíció egy központi elem köré épül, de ez az elem vagy méltatlan erre a szerepre, vagy a szerep méltatlan a tárgyhoz. Ezek a terek tehát teátrálisak, akár egy templom, ám az origójuk, a lényegük valójában hiányzik. Egy nagyszerű, rendezett és esztétikus világ benyomását keltik, más szemszögből viszont merevek, hamisak, értelmetlenek.

Continuing the thinking of the decorative plants I have arrived to the idea of decorative places (that’s the phrase literally in Hungarian for the representative squares of a town). The starting point was the absurdity of the word in this case as well: what does a place mean, which is primarily a decoration. The role of decoration is that it highlights a thing out of the many, but in a lot of cases during this enhancement the original function disapperars (e.g. decorative objects). I have created three imaginary place with the use of urban elements for the sake of reflecting this shift. Similarly to real public squares, all of the three composition are built around a central object, but this object is either unworthy for the role, or the role is derogatory for the object. Therefore, these places are theatrical as a church, but their point, their substance in fact is missing. They make impression of a structured and aesthetic world, but from other aspect they are rigid, false and meaningless.
