A 9 darabos képinstalláció egy fiktív parkot ábrázol. A mű a korábban készült Díszterek, illetve az Állami gondozott rajzok folytatása.

“Az állami gondozottság hierarchikus viszonyrendszert sejtet: akiről gondoskodunk, az tulajdonképpen gondoskodásunknak kitett, nekünk alárendelt entitás, aki fölött a gondoskodás vagy nem gondoskodás által mintegy hatalmat gyakorlunk – a közterek így válnak a (politikai) reprezentáció terepévé. A köztér egyre inkább a kontroll és a felügyelet, a téri fegyelmezés építészeti elvei (the architecture of control) szerint szerveződik, így Blahó Borbála sorozatának sarokpontjait is rend, rendszer, fegyelem, korlátok, korlátozás, kerítés, szigor, központosítás, alá- és fölérendeltségi viszonyok jelentik. A végeredmény egy szabályos, szabályozott, szürke, élettelen, mostoha, merev elemekből építkező világ. Az elemek kombinációja mégis magában hordoz egyfajta játékosságot – ha az urbanizált környezet határokat jelző elemei felborulnak, felborul és kijátszhatóvá válik az általuk megszabott rend is.
(…)Embereket nem látunk tehát, organizmust is alig: a természet a praktikum (monokulturális gyep) jegyében bukkan csak fel a rajzokon; a mindenre kiterjedő, szinte mániás, magáért való rend és rendszer iránti vágy a flórát is igájába hajtja. A megszelídített természet a bekerítés, körbekerítés, formára nyírás gesztusaiban érhető tetten; mely bizonyos esetekben (történeti példaként említhetjük a kastélyok alaprajzára rímelő, geometrikus alaprajzú franciakertet nyírt fasoraival, mértani virágágyásaival, labirintusaival és formára metszett bukszusaival) reprezentációs célokat szolgál, státuszszimbólum is egyben.” (Szalipszki Judit)

The installation consisting of 9 pieces represents an imaginary park. This is the next episode of the series Decorative Spaces and State Kapt Drawings.

“The caring state supposes a hierarchical system: the ones we care about are the ones who in fact are undergoing our care, they are subordinated entities to us, on which we exercise power by deciding whether to care or not - this is how public spaces had become an area of political representation. As public space is increasingly organized under the laws of constant control and supervision which are directly present in its architecture, so is reflecting Borbála Blahó’s series in what rules, discipline, limits, limiting, rigour, centralisation, overarching and subordinated relationships are at the core. This phenomena is resulting a world constructed of regulated, grey, lifeless, cold, rigid elements. Thus, these constituents contain some kind of playfulness - if the limitating objects of the urbanised environment tip over, the rules they represent are also becoming unstable.
(…)We cannot recognize any humans on the works, organisms scantily: nature only appears in the name of practicality (in the guise of monocultural lawn) - the flora is subject to the all-embracing, almost manic, in-itself desire for order and systematism. Domesticated nature can be detected through gestures of fencing, encompassing, shearing in form that is, in certain cases (French formal gardens or jardin á la francaise may be a historical example with its layout based on symmetry and the principle of imposing order over nature) is serving representational purposes and is a status symbol.” (Judit Szalipszki)
